  This place is incredible, my family and friends order from this East of Chicago regularly. They are always kind and quick with the order. I have been ordering from this location for what seems like the last 7-10 years and have never had a problem. It's unfortunate that the only time people feel the need to say something is when it is negative. You guys do a great job at this location. I always recommend this East Of Chicago to people in the area Keep up the great work.

  Ordered a simple pepperoni, sausage and cheese pizza last night at 5:30PM. Lady on the phone said it would take 25 minutes. My husband got to the store at 6:02PM and there was no pizza. He got home at 6:35 real furious. Said we are never ordering from there again! Asked him what went on and he said "I paid for the pizza like always and figured they'd give it to me. After a couple of minutes I asked wheres my pizza and the lady behind the counter kept told me, (keep in mind, he arrived at 6:02) it will be just a couple of minutes". Time passed and he kept reminding her that he was still waiting. He asked if the oven was broken or something and the lady responded by saying "we didn't know when you wanted the pizza, there was no time written on the ticket". Anyway, after waiting for what seemed like forever and with the dog in the car, he got the pizza and got home at 6:35PM. Its only a 3 to 5 minute drive from the store to our house. We sat down to eat and he said to me "be careful, it just came out of the oven" as I was taking a bite. I looked at him and laughed because the pizza was just barely warm,the cheese in the middle was not melted, and the dough was still raw. We've never had that kind of service there before and can't figure out why, if the time wasn't written on the ticket, why didn't they call us to find out? Guess we'll be going to Romeos from now on ........
